Pumpkin PIe Cappuccino...{_}> Yummmmmmy

I love Cappuccino but buying it at a coffee shop or boxes in the store gets expensive.  Making it at home is simple, easy, cheaper and you get to control the flavors as well as calories.  BONUS deal!  Here's my recipe for Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino.  If you like mocha cappuccino type cappuccino into my site search bar and you'll find my other recipe for chocolatey goodness.  I hope you'll enjoy them both.


1 C. pumpkin spice flavored non dairy creamer
1 C. Stevia
1/2 C. instant coffee
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.  This will powder the instant coffee so the finished product looks just like you'd buy in the store.  The smell is incredible!  I use 3 TBS to a 16 oz Cappuccino mug for rich deliciousness.  If you'd prefer you can swap out ingredients for lite creamer, or use ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice in place of pumpkin pie spice.  You can use decaf coffee as I chose to do or regular.  If you don't like Stevia use whatever kind of sweetener you like.  The options are endless.  Enjoy!
